This is my second time posting about this. I feel good with the diet. I am adhering to it almost perfectly. I cheated once for my birthday, but the other 4 weeks have been virtually perfect. I exercise daily, getting up at 5:30am so I can fit it all in. I am gaining weight!!!! I am not even getting thinner physically. I have been to the doctor and my thyroid (per last post) is good. I don’t know what else to do? I am so very frustrated. I even took those HSD supplements per your email. Nothing. 2.5 pounds down in over 4 weeks. I am feeling hopeless!

Please help!!!!!!
