![]() | Yes, I work out 5 times a week between 1 to 2 hours each time. I do cardio and weight training. I was doing this even before I started this programme. That hasn’t changed, but I noticed I have a lot more energy while doing my training. |

![]() | Hi, I’ve been on the programme for four weeks now and I’m enjoying it immensely but haven’t seen a weight loss in the last 3 weeks. The first week I lost about 5 lbs. and nothing ever since. I take med. that slow down your metabolism. I have about 20 lbs. to lose and I’m the type of person that needs to see some weight loss every week even a .5 lbs. or I get discouraged. Pls help. |
