I am new and have not really started as yet, but I have always weight myself every morning without clothes, I have a chart, so I mark down my weight from Monday to Sunday, when Sunday comes I then add up all the weights on my calculator and divide it by 7, I then get a average weight. If I lose It is good, if it goes up then I know I am not doing good. I do this as your weight goes up and down all week, so if you weigh only on say Friday it just might be a day that your weight went up and it did not really, Your weight can go up and down for many reason, water, even the weather. Always weigh without close, because if you use different clothes then the weight is different. I do not fear the scale because of this. Only when my average weight goes up. Well this is just me as to what I do.

Hi, Mima. Until other Clubmembers chime in here, I’ll just note that we recommend weighing yourself about once per week. Just as importantly, pay attention to how you are looking and feeling, and how your clothes are fitting.
