![]() | Hi, JanD1958. Absolutely! Coffee is fine up to 4 cups per day (a cup being about 240 ml) – just watch how you sweeten and whiten it. We encourage high-quality low-carbohydrdate sweeteners such as stevia and erythritol, and natural whiteners such as whole milk or plant-based milky beverages. Try to stay away from anything artificial! |
