Hello. I just started today & have a lot to learn. After seeing myself in a family picture, I was horrified at what I saw. Ive never taken the time to read lables, shop right etc. I am learning so much here & am very ready to commit to changing my lifestyle. The problem I’m having is that i ride with my husband on the road (he is an OTR trucker). We have a fridge but the only thing I have to cook with is an electric frying pan. It heats up to 450 & can boil, but I’m limited when it comes to the recipes.Any suggestions would bould help a lot. Thank you!!!

Hi, Freebird. Are you put off because of the amount? Something else?
Regarding putting in favorite foods, you may prefer the fully personal version of the Menu Planner, which you can access by clicking on the circular arrow icon on the far right of each meal header. You can select what you want to go into your menus, guided by a meal pattern calculated to meet your nutritional needs.

My diet is already pretty healthy. I’m having problems with the menu planner, putting favorite foods instead of some we just won’t eat, but I’m working on it. My real problem is after the first few days, I dreaded looking at all the food I’m supposed to eat and are getting put off by it. AND I have actually gained weight.
