![]() | I have been following the program for nearly 4 weeks now. I feel so much better and sleep better. I have stopped gaining weight but am not loosing any weight yet. Any recommendations? modify diet? switch to keto diet? I have celiac, hashimotos,and colitis (low does steroid at this time). |
