![]() | Hi, LiftLadyJan. The food items in the Menu Planner food lists are largely generic so that you can prepare them as you wish, including with your own recipes. If the recipe includes more than one food group, you can incorporate it through the subapplication. To access this, click on the circular arrow icon to the right of the meal header, and then select the major ingredients (that are not “free” of course – you don’t need to worry about things like seasonings and vinegars, for example) |
