Hi, Linda. The general recommendations are for 24 ml per kg body weight per day, which for you is about 2 liters (or 8 glasses), with an additional 13% for each half-hour of exercise (or degree of fever).

I am new and haven’t seen any mention of drinking water each day. What is suggested?
