Hi, manzobrat. It’s not recommended, as the artificial sweetener used can interfere with your efforts. You can get the same effect by squeezing a bit of fresh lemon or lime juice into water, then sweetening with a high-quality, all-natural, no-carbohydrate sweetener such as Stevia with or without erythritol.
