Your menu pattern can guide you as to how they can fit in – you can view your pattern by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu – taking into account that each serving of 1/2 ounce or 2 tablespoons (30 ml) = 1 fat + 1/2 protein exchanges. |
