![]() | Hi, Gloria. Yes – you will have gotten a bit more food with 181 in your profile vs. 161. You can correct this at meal times but eating about 10% less over all – I recommend cutting back a little on starchy carbohydrates and their accompaniments in particular, but see what works for you. For example, at your Monday breakfast, try having just 1 slice of bread (or 2 slices of “light” bread), reduce the guacamole spread amount to 1 tablespoon, and perhaps forgo the bread at Snack #2 and guacamole at dinner. |
