![]() | Almond and hazelnut butters are considered the best, but if you get organic peanut butter with no additives, that may be the less expensive option. |
![]() | Hi there I just wanted to ask about Nut Butters, can I use peanut butter or is there a better one to use. Also any suggested products for milk and cheese if you can’t get Raw.Thanks so much and I’m looking forward to me and my hubby losing the weight. |
![]() | actually Ossie, I found the answer, I have to just go into Menu History DOH! |
![]() | Hi again, Dawnrosie. I have forwarded your excellent question to our tech support team. |
![]() | thanks Ossie, ive got that far now and have my menus all worked out. Is there an easy way to quickly see them tho? I keep having to go back into the menu creation to just see my daily menus? |
![]() | Hi, buksaj. Your best bet is to choose the minimum number of items in each group in the Menu Planner each week to limit the number of items that appear in your menu. I would also highly recommend that you and your family come to a consensus regarding foods that would fit all of you. This needs to be comfortable! |
![]() | Hi, Dawnrosie. Your best bet is to start with the online guides in “My Downloads” above, then after completing your profile, enter the Menu Planner under “Apps” – you will be “walked” through it. Wishing you good luck! |
![]() | hi im a newbie as well, just wanted to say hello and find out a bit more about what ive bought into, where do i start? |
![]() | Hi I just finished created my food list for the week, I think it is too much. I am going to purchase all of the food that is required. I hope that I don’t go broke. This does not even include my weekly shopping list for my family. I feel like I should buy every vegetable known to man. I am not to happy with the complexity of this menu. I am not going to go all around town or start ordering things on line to fill this menu. It took me about 2 hours to create a shopping list. I think that this should be provide to the customer after creating their menu. Sorry for sounding negative but I really love the rule, KISS. It should be used more often |
![]() | I too am having problems getting some products…but I just made up my mind to come as close as I can..we all know not everything is available everywhere…don’t use this as an excuse to give up please!! |
![]() | No, most regular shops would not have raw dairy, as it is sold under special conditions. Please see the attached link to find a source close to you |
![]() | Would Whole Foods carry raw milk and cheese? Are they more calories? |
![]() | http://www.realmilk.com/real-milk-finder/alabama/#al |
![]() | I’m in Alabama, where does one get raw milk, cheese, etc? |
![]() | SWG stands for “sprouted whole grain,” and a “wrap” is another word for “tortilla” or “hardangerlefse”. |
