I just think i need to eat more of the foods that are ok for me.
I just need to cook more. I have cut out stevia and artificial flavors
additive. I am ony eating 1 piece of whole wheat. cutting back to 2
cups of coffee and green tea.

I have been on a low carb type diet for quite awhile. I did the juicing
last year. Hips replaced july august. meds flomax and wellbutrin.

I really think my body is still thinking i am starving. so i am eating
more
eggs, sweet potatoes, tuna, salmon, banana, apples, grapefruit,
broccoli, tomatoes, avocado, carrots, tomato soup, 1 type sugar snack a day
and 1 piece whole wheat.
is my diet right now.
30 minute hard walk and your trimdown gym workout.
lemon drink in the morning.

Most times i do feel good and notice more energy. so i will keep
trying and will listen to your help

Hi, jxyzobrien. I’m sorry to read that you’re struggling, and will do my best to help. If you were on a juice cleanse, it is possible that your body is adjusting to normal amounts of food – clinging to weight, and making you extra hungry. Another possibility are medication side effects. Are you taking any medications? Are you physically active?

stuck and depressed
between 220 and 224 (water weight). very hungry too. I have been in this
weight for quite awhile. I have been exercising hard too. I do not expect instant results but nothing. Its been like 8 days. I do not expect instant results but it is clear there is a food allergy or more probably
i am in starvation mode. i have also noticed depression creep in also
similar to the juicing i did last year but not as bad. I was really
starving then.

Hi, Firby. There is a list of free vegetables in the Menu Planner application – you can see this by clicking on the “Vegetables” button when you enter “My Food Choices” (click on the link in the toolbar above your menu).
Because of your personal characteristics, you can also add lean proteins (the lighter blue items in the “Proteins” food lists) – an exchange (ounce) to each meal.
