Relatively unprocessed products include tofu, tempeh, fermented (e.g., fuyu), natto, and soymilk. “Isolate” as in powdered meal replacements tend to be highly processed. We don’t usually recommend them for regular use. However, Naturade’s product with fruit is not the worst, and is definitely better than not having breakfast. |
