Hi, Trish. It iss generally better that you’re in tune with your hunger signals, and don’t push yourself. Having written that, I would caution you to avoid cutting back so much that it becomes a “starvation diet.”
Do be sure to get at least 5 total fruit/vegetable servings and 3 total high-calcium food/beverage servings each day.

Do we have to eat everything at every meal of snack. Sometimes I’m not hungry for the snack. Should I still eat it?
