Hi, beamieneeds. You are using the “Instant Menu” feature which is transitional. I highly recommend that you switch to the fully personal version of the Menu Planner application so that you can select healthy foods. You can reach it by clicking on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your current menu. In the personal area (food lists) you will be guided by our color-coding system, wherein the better items are listed in the lighter shades of blue.

Hi, Sherian. Yes, our recipes are good for diabetics. Note that “Exchanges per Serving” are provided at the end of each that was posted by the Trim Down Club.

I am just starting and looking a week 1 there are foods I
don’t eat because they raise my blood count.
