![]() | Hi, GrandMarabot. Truvia is fine (Stevia in general is a good choice). In addition to that, you can have milk and fruit in it. Both of these are options in your menu either at breakfast or your morning snack, either as is, or you can swap a different dairy food for milk – and of course, you can swap food items between those meals. |
