![]() | Hi, Newt. We definitely encourage avoidance of processed and refined foods. I recommend that you use the subapplication of the Menu Planner, which you can access by clicking on the circular arrow icon to the far right of each meal header. There you can hand select the foods to go into each meal, guided by the food group exchanges allotted to you. The difference for Paleo would be that you can substitute protein exchanges instead of carb exchange, if you wish; anyplace you see green crosses, that means you can have either-or. |
