I want to be able to cook my own homemade recipes that aren’t on here and be able to fit them into my allotted amount of carbs, proteins, fats…etc I’m still very confused about how to do this if I don’t have my iPad with me and I need to figure out the amount I’m allowed to have on my own! |
![]() | Hi, PEnnis. You can click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar aboe your menu to see how many of each food group you are allotted here – this will, of course, decrease with your weight. |
