We don’t recommend readymade diet beverages because they use artificial sweeteners, which can work against your efforts here. You would be better off making your own with plain carbonated water, squeezes of fresh lemon or lime and a high-quality natural low-carb sweetener such as Stevia and/or erythritol.

I drink a great deal of Crystal Light drinks…is this OK on this program ?
