![]() | Hi, mpitts. We don’t encourage EAS roducts because they contain artificial sweeteners, which can work against weight loss and wound healing. Instead, we would recommend all-natural products such as Vega One (https://myvega.com/products/categories/powders/nutritional-protein-powders/vega-one-shake), which also provide more wound-healing nutrients. Note that each serving mixed with water could take the place of a dairy product in your menu, and each serving mixed with whole milk could take the place of a snack. |
