![]() | I have just started this diet, and there is no way I can get that much food into my body at each meal, and to add snacks on top is way too much food. I am stuffed with 1/2 cup of quinoa, and cannot fit one cup of Quinoa in on top of other food.My Tuesday breakfast is ridiculous! Who eats 1 egg, 6 oz. Yogurt, 1 cup of berries, and 1 cup of cold cereal? I am not a marathon runner, and if I eat the food on my daily menus I will be gaining lots of weight, not losing it, and feeling stuffed at the same time. Why is there so much food at each meal? Can I cut the food back to a more reasonable amount of food? Otherwise, I am just going to have to quit, as feeling stuffed is not a healthy feeling, and is impossible for me to get that much food in my stomach.. |
