The exchanges are slightly different every day, but on average they fit a very narrow range (both per meal and per day) that fits your nutritional needs. Yours are as follows:
carbohydrate protein fat fruits sweet veg
Breakfast: 2 carb, 2 protein, 1 fat or sweet, 1 fruit
AM Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 fruit
Lunch: 2 carb, 3 protein, 1 fat, 2 veg
PM Snack: 1 carb, 1 protein, 1 veg
Dinner: 2 carb, 3 protein, 1 fat, 1 veg
Eve Snack: 1 carb or fruit or sweet, 1 protein

I look in the exchange mode and I see that it is different every day. What is the amount of carbs, proteins, fats, etc that we are to have in a day? Or is it per meal? I want to shop for things that I can have more than once, but don’t want to eat something on a day that would not balance out to the amount I am suppose to have for that day. I am still unsure on how to balance things out.
