Hi, Enlawley. Reduced fat Triscuits are fine – they are actually one of the rare cases in which the reduced fat version of a product is better than the regular type. Laughing Cow cheese is actually a processed product, so it’s OK for an occasional treat, but regular cheese is preferable for every day use.

How about whole grain wheat thins? Should I get reduced fat? Also, I love the laughing cow cheese spread. Which cheese would this count for?

Hi, Goodie. Triscuits can be considered a whole grain cracker (if you get the whole grain type, which we recommend). Four equal a “carb” exchange (e.g., a slice of bread).

I love triscuit crackers in the morning with cream cheese, are they a good choice and if they are what would be the allowed amount ? If they are not within the plan can you recommend a cracker that would have a similar consistency.
