![]() | Hi, llambert. Regular diet colas generally have artificial sweeteners, which we don’t recommend, as they can interfere with your efforts here. Try something with Stevia, such as “Coca Cola Life” (available at https://intl.target.com/p/coke-life-6pk-12oz-cans/-/A-47944771, https://www.amazon.com/Coke-Life-Reduced-Calorie-Stevia/dp/B00P9EVKSS, or https://www.walmart.com/ip/Coke-Life-Reduced-Calorie-Coca-Cola-with-Stevia-8-Oz-Glass-Bottles-Pack-of-6/830086957). Try to work your way down to half a can per day, which could count as your morning “sweet” (instead of honey or jam, for example). |
![]() | I just joined and I do not drink tea or coffee. I do have to have a diet coke in the morning or I will have a terrible headache. Im assuming that is not on approved list of beverages. Any suggestions besides water?! |
![]() | Hi, dcharms. Stevia is actually a natural sweetener. You can read more about the difference here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2. |
