Hi, Mima. A lack of exercise can indeed be a major issue. You don’t need to aggravate your knees and hips to stay fit. Working your upper body and stomach muscles can already provide great benefit. See a couple of our videos for examples of what you might try:
Deskercise https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn8Vpzjoz2I&list=PLcYLl4MTY9oQv–HKsFLgST544prdjBx1&index=3
PiYo Toe Touches https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QD5ZZT7-qA&list=PLWmqdoUmET9ivlQB72ZWE551APDSXARAe&index=2

Further, it is recommended to have your thyroid hormone levels checked and perhaps treated, as abnormalities can interfere with weight loss.

I’m in my fifth week and I don’t see much difference in my weight. I will loose 1/2 lb. then gain it back I’m following the portions and sometimes I don’t eat the carbs. I still have ent lost anything. I have knee and hip issues that keep from doing a lot if excersize so I don’t know if that the reason.
