![]() | Thank you for your quick response. I was really feeling down about my weight gain that I’ve tried to lose but can’t. I am going to take your suggestion about sipping on something hot or cold. I have tried so many things that have cost soooo much money–but as soon as I got off of them (although I only lost a couple of pounds) the weight all came back plus a couple extra pounds. I am giving this a try. Thank you for your encourgement. |
![]() | Hi, Pam. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care professional familiar with your case. It is very important that your thyroid hormone levels be balanced – for reasons beyond just weight – so I would encourage you to seek assistance. |
![]() | I am very new to this program. I am a young 66 yrs old but lately because of thyroid and lots of anxiety I have put on 20 lbs that just wont come off. It is very depressing for me. I have a very high stressed job and I find that I eat when I am anxious or want to reward myself. What can I munch on in between meals i.e. watermelon, carrots? I need something if I want this plan to work for me. Can anyone help? |
