![]() | Hi, Raisay. Ghee can be good in general, especially if it is pastured (made from milk from cows who eat grasses from pastures). It doesn’t burn fat so much as using it instead of an artificial buttery spread like regular margarine can reduce a barrier to natural fat-burning. You can certainly eat it everyday, and each teaspoon (5 ml) is a fat exchange, just like regular butter or an oil. |
