Meat, solid cheese, and chocolate: each ounce is the 1/4 the size of the palm of your hand.
Fluids and semi-fluids (such as yogurt, ice cream): 8 ounces = 1 cup or 240 ml
If you have designated that you are in the US, fruits and vegetables will appear in cups. |
