Hi, mwilffert. The evening snack is not essential if you get enough calcium the rest of the day – perhaps consider a supplement.
While we don’t work with calories, our exchange list (https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists) tells you the general nutritional values of foods.

I am having a very hard time with the amount of food. especially the evening snack. I am full after dinner and do not want it. Is it a must to have it.

Also is there anyway for the caloric value for each item be placed on our daily menu. I started 2 weeks ago. First week followed the menu well for 2 days, got a bad cold and ate soup only. Lost nothing. last week followed except on weekend and lost 2 lbs. This week gonna try to follow completely, but the snack #3 i just cant seem to eat.

any ideas
