![]() | Oranges are very high in sugar. Maybe try pears or apples or some kind of vegetable. |
![]() | I’ve found that portions is the key to losing weight. Are you reading the “portion” under the recipe? Men always lose faster than women because they have more muscle which takes more calories to maintain. |
![]() | Hi, Melkuyk. It looks like your body really needs the exercise, and your body type requires something beyond cardio. I recommend working other muscles, e.g., through sit-ups, light weight-lifting, and repetititve use of stairs. Below are links to some ideas to get you started: |
![]() | No, not really. I have been trying to eat healthier for awhile now, but but not this. Also, I get a little exercise, I do at least 5000 steps a day, but our treadmill broke so I haven’t done as much as I should. I weighed yesterday and I had gained another 2lb and it is actually 1 lb more than when I started. I am really trying, but must be doing something wrong. |

![]() | Hi, melkyuk. Have you been on restrictive diets in the past? What is your physical activity level like? I ask because both of these factors make a difference. The slowing effects of the first issue can be countered with the second. |
![]() | I started this hoping it would make a difference, BUT… My husband lost 6 pounds in the first week and I gained 2. I give up! I tried cutting back because it is just too much or only eating part of a snack. like the orange and not the graham crackers, etc. Still nothing! |
