The challenge is that less than three meals a day has been associated with overweight, and for all we know may be a reason you’re seeking weight loss. You’re actually quite close to three meals per day already (a “handful of nuts” may be 1/3 cup or 80 ml, which is close to the nutritional value of a meal – perhaps you can gradually add items to your 7 pm snack, such as fruit. |
![]() | Hard to follow this because I am retired and I eat a late breakfast and an early dinner so I am happy with two meals and a snack around 7 pm of a handful of nuts. |
