![]() | Hi, amieclement. Yes – peanut butter is a type of nut butter. |
![]() | Is nut butter the same as peanut butter? |
![]() | Hi, Colleenhague, and welcome 🙂 “SWG” stands for “sprouted whole grain” – you can read more about it here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-SWG-bread. Regarding the English Muffin, the avocado is intended to be the spread. You can definitely add something from the “free spread” list to it, or swap it for a different spread with contains some fat (such as nut butter). |
![]() | Hi I just joined today and can’t seem to find what SWG means. I noticed it is in a few meal plans, but not clue what it is. Also, on the plan it states I can have 1/2 English Muffin with 1 oz Avocado. Does that mean I can’t have anything on the muffin unless it says free spread? Looking forward to getting started. |
