The program works by encouraging whole foods, which generally have a lot of volume and nutritional value to keep you from getting hungry and overdoing less nutritional foods. Along with mild-moderate exercise, this gets your metabolism back to where it should be after having been on restrictive diets.

Hi I am starting my plan tomorrow having been on every diet imaginable! There seems a lot of food on this and surpass last snack in evening seems a lot especially an egg & half a bagel. How does this work?
