thank you so much! This is awesome to know. It’s stevia or monk fruit for me from now on. I bought some “organic agave” 2-3 weeks ago but tossed it as it’s going to work against me. I guess when you start a new diet/regime, you’re going to make some mistakes to start out with 🙂 thank goodness for this group!!

also, I am using organic honey but now see that’s considered bad.

What is like the “healthiest” sweetner I can use if Im trying to give up sugar completely?
