To see how many you are allotted for each meal, click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your current menus. ![]() | Hi, Tracy. I see that “Oatmeal, Cooked” is one of the items selected for you in your Menu Planner food lists, which is essentially steel-cut oats. When you click on any starchy breakfast item in your menu (such as English muffin on Sunday), you will get a list of alternatives that includes oatmeal. |
![]() | I am new at this so hope that I am asking my question in the right location. I love steel cut oats cereal but it has never shown up on my menu and don’t know what I should eat with it or how much. Any suggestions? |
