I recommend that you modify whatever you do at the gym every couple of weeks, to keep your muscles “guessing.” You can always return to old exercises, but try to avoid doing the same thing for weeks on end. When you walk, try to insert bursts of intense exercise, e.g., jog for 30 minutes every 5 minutes, or combine level routes with hills. |
