 | Hi carcycater, I can see that the menu name feature is working ok. You can change your menu name by scrolling down below your final menu plan. Here is where: https://www.screencast.com/t/jLpByimBJ9ib Additionally, please keep in mind that you can’t include special characters, and rather only letters and numbers. After you choose a name, simply click on the Update button to make it the new name. All the best 🙂 |
 | My biggest problem so far seems to be navigating the site! Operator error!! Anyway, last week (after you directed me on how to go back and find my grocery list) I figured out how to view my past menus AND RENAME THEM. Now I do not seem to be able to change the name of the menus in the list. Please help, and I am sorry to be a bug-a-boo….. |
 | Hi, Dbarton. No pressure – stay in tune with your hunger and satiety signals. Just be sure not to eat so little that you are essentially on a restrictive diet, or that you find yourself extra hunger at the end of the day or during the night when you should be sleeping! We also recommend that you be sure to get your protein and produce. |
