![]() | I believe so…. I was sent some instructions and links but have not had the time to try them yet! THanks~ I am also wondering if I need to eat all the food at those specific meals? OR as long as I get it all in during the day.. I am having trouble eating so much food and am not a fan of eating nuts in the morning or fruit in the evening? |
