Hi, Madaboutakitas, and welcome. You have come to the right place! The entire Trim Down Club program is based on principles of managing type 2 diabetes healthfully. I encourage you to take advantage of our personal Menu Planner application (the right-most option here: http://www.trimdowncub.com/menu-planner), where you can be guided toward making the best food selections for your menus based on a color-coding system wherein the healthiest foods are in the lighter blue shades. When you have time, I you may also like our main program guide (in “My Downloads”).

Hi, FatJean. You don’t have to eat the foods in that specific order, but we do recommend to not load up in the evenings.
You can use the personal version of the Menu Planner (the right-most option here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner) to select the meals at which you want certain foods, and vice versa.

I believe so…. I was sent some instructions and links but have not had the time to try them yet! THanks~ I am also wondering if I need to eat all the food at those specific meals? OR as long as I get it all in during the day.. I am having trouble eating so much food and am not a fan of eating nuts in the morning or fruit in the evening?

I added the fitness part to my program. I can’t seem to find where to access it? It includes mini workouts and such…. where is it and how do I access it when I want?
