 Lizrobertson 8 years ago | I can’t get enough proteins to make the choice box turn blue and yet I have made many many choices. Because of this I can’t generate a menu. Somebody please help.I am using Windows 10 and feel like this is a glitch. Love the whole concept but seem to be in a software bug |
 Irene1942 8 years ago | Usually all your food choices get saved and you do get used to regenerating your menus.
You can review and amend your menu choices and make sure you press save. I only had to do this the first 2 weeks and now that I have enough food choices in each category the system does not ask me now. All the headings turn blue when you have made enough choices. Then when you generate the menus you can switch an item or switch the full meal on the menu for something you fancy. Good luck |
 chantal.switzer 8 years ago | I’ve only been on a this for a couple of weeks. I weighed myself today and there was a message about changing my menu through th progress meter. I couldn’t find a place to chang it in that area, and when I went to change/edit my menu somewhere else it asked for me to choose my foods. That was painful enough the first time. Does this mean I have to go through that exercise every week if I want new menus? Apart from that I am really enjoying this program. I lost 2.5lbs the first week and .1 the second. Not so much but I really feel good on this program.
