Hi, Cjlancs. The intention is for you to eat all the items on the menu. The goal is to prevent hunger while keeping your metabolism up.

I’m unsure if you have all the items in each snack list, Or choose one , I have just started the plan and am following the 14 day plan and it does seem to be quite a lot, can anyone help
