Generally, those products aren’t really helpful for fat-burning with long-term results because they are based on “isolates” and similar compounds that aren’t really natural to the body. Your metabolism ultimately won’t react well to them. That’s why we favor whole foods. Is there a reason you are using this? Are you short on time? |
