Hi, AuntiePirate. Lupin seeds (known in Italian cuisine as “lupini” beans are a type of legume; they look like a bright yellow lima bean. You can eat them as is (cooked, pickled, etc.) or dried and ground into a gluten-free flour.

What are lupin seeds, please. Only reference i can find are for flowers. Thanks
