![]() | My husband and I are wanting to do this together, but since the menu plan is based on gender, size and weight how do I figure the amount of food for each of us? I don’t want to cook 2 separate meals each time. I started this out by putting in my age, weight etc. but not sure that is what should be done for my husband. |
![]() | I know that the meals are supposed to be balanced with proteins, carbs/starches and fruits and vegetables. My question is when I am looking at a day plan or week plan, is each meal balanced within that meal/snack or is the whole day needed to be followed to maintain balance? For example, if I eat everything on Wednesday’s meal plan but want to change to eat Thursday’s dinner, will that mess me up? |
