 Brigid 12 years ago | Hello, I am new to Trimdown. My husband has a severe allergy to aspartame, and the like. Does anyone know if the recommended sweetner alternatives (stevia, truvia, xylitol) will trigger an allergic reaction for him? I would like to cook just one meal for dinner. Thanks! |
