Hi, Cokey. When you enter the personal version of the Menu Planner application (the right-most option here https://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner), note the foods in the ligher shades of blues – those are “OK” to eat. In general, a minimally-processed or minimally-refined natural food without artificial additives will be fine.
