Hello Everyone!
My doctor just diagnosed me as a pre-diabetic. For those that don’t know what pre-diabetic person is, I’m not a diabetic yet, but my numbers are going in that direction. If I don’t start eating right, I will become a diabetic person. My problem is I’m scared to death to get this disease because I have two siblings die with complications of diabetes. I have been in the gym for 47 years and I never thought I would be in this position! Since she diagnosed me, I have lost 15 lbs in three weeks. I really think I am losing the weight too fast and that is because I really don’t know how to eat like a diabetic person suppose to eat. I only have a few more pounds to lose, but if I keep losing weight at this pace, I’m going to be skin and bones in a few short weeks! I need help!
