In order to save your journal entry, please be sure to click on Update at the bottom of the application.
Then, we you come back to view past entries, click on the calendar followed by the entry date.
The application will only show the current days journal entry.

I started to write in my Journal and updated.
I wanted to open it again for reading but the entries are gone.
