I choose menu planner and choose the first one and then I change most foods to suit me and the meats and foods I have in the fridge and stick to 85 to 86 % healthy eating. I then print it off and as I eat, tick off, what I have eaten. |
![]() | Hi Sfrankie, It looks like you would do best using the full Personal Menu Planner application, so that you can choose the foods that work for you and avoid the ones that don’t. You can access it through the “Apps” link near the top of each site page, the far right selection, and note that it comes with this Menu Planner Tutorial. To your health and success! |
![]() | Just joined today. In your video you said eat the same foods. You showed hamburgers, cake,pastries ect. .. none of your meals have them. ??? |
