Milk is actually treated as a food in the Menu Planner application, along with other beverages with significant carbohydrate or protein content (like fruit and vegetable juices). Clear beverages, such as water, tea, and coffee (without sweeteners and whiteners) are “free,” and so don’t need to be counted. |
